ATTENTURE is an ongoing conceptual project about what happens when action is necessary before certainty is available.
We make decisions, enter relationships, build projects, leave places, begin again and respond to change without ever possessing complete information.
ATTENTURE examines this interval between what is known and what must nevertheless be done.
Rather than treating uncertainty simply as a problem to be reduced, the project asks what uncertainty does to attention, judgment and possibility.
What do we notice differently when the outcome is not yet fixed?
How does action change when knowledge remains incomplete?
And what forms of intelligence become possible when certainty is no longer the condition for moving forward?
ATTENTURE is currently being developed through essays, conceptual notes, research and narrative material. A book is one of the forms this work may eventually take.
